Philmtools media limited is a Limited Liability Company, legally certified by the Registrar General Department under the Companies Act, 1963 (Act 179). It was licensed on the 22^th day of July 2014 as a registered multimedia production company in Ghana.

Conceptualized in 2014, the company has taken intrepid strides to ensure that its mandate and business model are beneficial to the Ghanaian entertainment industry and in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
